StepNex Technologies is a SaaS startup building ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software that streamlines and optimizes how organizations run day to day. The mission is to give growing businesses the operational backbone large enterprises take for granted — without the cost and complexity that usually comes with it.

StepNex builds vertical ERP solutions with role-based access control and modules spanning finance, HR, inventory management, and more, tailored to each client’s workflows rather than forcing them into someone else’s template.

Naad co-founded StepNex with Priyansh Goel. Beyond the engineering, building it taught lessons no classroom could — client negotiations, production fires, and managing talent — the realities of turning software into a business that organizations depend on.

The guiding principle is the same one Naad brings to all his work: write software that makes sense, not just software that works, and build for coherence over velocity — because in ERP, the systems you ship have to hold up under the messy reality of real operations.
